Safety Policy

ANCC is committed to protecting and promoting the health and safety of all employees and providing a safe and healthy work environment through the cooperative efforts of all employees. To achieve this commitment, health, and safety is integrated into all organizational activities to strive to eliminate all incidents that downgrade the safety and efficiency of our operations. We will provide health and safety training for each employee such that they will have the knowledge and skill to perform their own work safely and efficiently. All management functions will ensure compliance with our health and safety program and the OHSA and its regulations as they apply to design, operation, and maintenance of facilities and equipment. Our approach to Total Quality Management (TQM) ensures that all personnel have the authority to take action where sufficient hazards exist, including the right to stop unsafe work or activities to protect our employees and the public.
